We wanted you to know that your son, Elder Ladd, has been called to serve in the leadership position of Assistant to the President, and to take on additional responsibilities along with his regular missionary duties. Your son is most qualified and we are so impressed with his humble attitude and love for the Gospel, his loyal devotion to the mission, and his hard work in inviting others to come unto Christ.
