In just a few short days, I will be embarking on a 24-month period of service as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in the Australia Brisbane Mission. My first stop will be the Missionary Training Center (which will probably be henceforth referred to as the MTC) in Provo, Utah. If all goes well, I'll stay there for two or three months learning how to speak and teach in Mandarin, and then I will finally get to go to Australia!
On this blog I'll be posting (well, my mother and sisters will be posting on my behalf) stories from my mission on a weekly basis, starting with my first p-day in the MTC. I'm looking forward to this experience more than I can put into words!
